| You can place your order online using our Secure Ordering System, call us at 262-893-4706, fax us at 262-567-6757, or drop us an email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Money Orders and Checks made payable to Studio Accents Plus are accepted, but please note that orders will be delayed until your check clears our bank. | Please allow at least 10 business days to receive your order, although in most cases it will be sooner. If you have a deadline please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can meet your needs. Most orders are shipped UPS ground service. Air shipment options are available once the product is ready for an additional charge. Please be specific if you have a deadline. | Please contact us for return authorization within 30 days of your invoice date. All returns are subject to inspection and a minimum 15% restock fee. All shipping costs including return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds to credit cards will incur an additional 3% processing fee. | Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged please save all original packaging and notify us immediately. We will arrange for carrier inspection and the reshipment of goods as soon as possible. Studio Accents Plus will not be held liable for missed deadlines caused by shipping company error or negligence.
