You may place your order online using our Secure Ordering System. If you have any questions, the fastest method to receive a response is to use the contact link at the top of the our web page and submit a request. If you need to speak to someone please include your phone number and let us know you would like a return call.
If you are inquiring about delivery time because of a deadline you have, please list the product, quantity needed, your deadline date and what state you are in. You may also call us at 262-893-4706 and leave a message with your return number, or email us at info@studioaccentsplus.com. |

| If you are in need of a custom size or a product not listed, please use the contact link at the top of the page to submit an inquiry. Please be specific with your request or leave a call back number so we can call you to discuss your requirements. If we can manufacture your request, you will receive an approximate cost of what we will require to produce. This amount must be prepaid before we can begin production. Final costs (if any) will be determined after completion, and are due in full before the product will be shipped. Once production on a custom order has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If changes are requested there will be an additional charge. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on custom orders. |

| Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged please save all original packaging and notify us immediately. We will arrange for carrier inspection and the reshipment of goods as soon as possible. Studio Accents Plus will not be held liable for missed deadlines caused by shipping company error or negligence. These issues must be taken up with the shipping company directly. |

| We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card is automatically charged when you submit your order.
Money Orders and Checks made payable to Studio Accents Plus are accepted, but if a company or personal check is used, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Sorry but we are unable to ship COD or provide open terms at this time. |

| All pricing and product specifications are subject to change without notice. In the event the price is higher than advertised due to rising costs beyond our control, we will contact you for approval before completing the order. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled do to a price adjustment, Studio Accents Plus shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card. Studio Accents Plus is not responsible for typographical errors. All prices are in US dollars. |

| Please contact us for return authorization within 30 days of your invoice date. All returns are subject to inspection and a minimum 15% restock fee. All shipping costs including return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom products are not returnable. |

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the final package, the shipping method selected, and where it is being shipped. All shipping charges are calculated using the UPS or USPS software included through our shopping cart program. Although we do our best to estimate the final weight of each product to program into our database, in some cases the shipping charges may appear inflated. This is more likely to happen when more than one item is purchased at a time.
We review each order closely, and at the time of shipment if we discover you have paid over $2.00 more than the actual shipping cost you will be refunded the full difference. Refunds are not given for less than $2.00 unless otherwise requested. |

Please allow at least 10 business days to receive your order, although in most cases it will be sooner. If you have a critical deadline please use the contact link and submit an inquiry before placing your order to ensure we can meet your needs. We ship orders UPS or USPS. Air shipment options are available once the product is ready for an additional charge.
Please be specific in the comment section during the checkout process if you have a deadline. You will be notified immediately if your needs cannot be met. Although our shipping carriers are generally accurate when giving a time in transit estimate, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Studio Accents Plus only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |

| If you would like to submit your images of our product for consideration to be used on our website, please use the contact link and send a request for more information. Any images submitted will become the property of Studio Accents Plus with full copyright privileges. There are no royalties or payments to you for using your images, but your name will be used in the photo caption for recognition. |

| Studio Accents Plus shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |
